About the role

We are looking for talented ML Engineers to join our team. In this role you would be building e2e ML systems (data pipelines, training, debugging and performance analysis). You would also be working on improving existing Nace.AI models based on latest research development. 

Qualifications:

• 2-4+ years of professional experience designing, training and deploying large scale machine learning models
• Excel at implementing and debugging ML models
• Proficient In Python (track record of building multiple medium-large projects)
• Strong CS foundation (data structures and algorithms, design patterns)
• BS degree in CS or related technical field
• Experience with ML framework and libraries (PyTorch, TF, scikit-learn)
• Self-starter and comfortable with fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred qualifications:

• MS/PhD in CS or related technical field
• Prior experience in NLP, large language models, or generative AI
• Experience with data pipeline technologies including Spark, Airflow
• Experience with multi-node GPU training
• Contributor to the open source ML projects
